Look Who's Talking

Ok so since I have been SOOOO awful at posting lately, I figured I needed to at least get on here long enough to document what baby girl is saying these days.  She took awhile to start making sense of her words, but she's on a roll now!  Here's some of the things Lilly is saying these days at almost 15 months:
  • Dada or Da-DY (she likes to stress that last syllable :) )
  • Mama (She FINALLY is acknowledging me!  She has been saying "dada" for a long time now, and I've been extrememly jealous of Jovan.  Just last week when I walked in the door to pick her up, she said "MAMA!!!"  Made my day!)
  • Dank ooo (Thank You)
  • Ma (more--she also does the sign language for it)
  • peas (please--she does the accompanying sign language for this as well)
  • No (Of course she says this...they learn it so early!  And obviously someone at daycare points their finger at them when they tell them "no" because she is doing that now when she says it, ha!)
  • Peek Boo (Oh my goodness--cutest thing ever!)
  • She says some versions of "Sissy" and "Lainey".  You can't really understand it, but we know that's what she's saying!
  • Buh-bye
  • Bubbles
She's definitely to that stage now to where she is starting to repeat things.  She frequently mimics me when I'm changing her diaper saying "tinky" (stinky), "poopy", and "ewww"!  Hot mess!

Every day she is getting cuter and cuter!  I forgot how much I love this stage!
