Goodbye 2014, Hello 2015!

2014 was an absolutely amazing year, and 2015 is off to a great start, as well!  I always start the year with my long list of resolutions, but this year I have just decided that I am going to live for now.  I'm going to spend less time worrying about resolutions that I will probably give up on, and focus more on doing what I need to do when I need to do it and how I want to do it!  We've got a great outlook on the year, and I so look forward to seeing what 2015 will bring!

Me and my Daddy, rockin' his Husker Zoobas we got him for Christmas.  He used to wear these in the 90's, so when I saw them, I knew we had to get them for him!
Another year older!

A lot of my family was able to be in town on our birthday weekend, so we spent our birthday evening hanging out and eating our favorite cake!
This is how we spent our New Year's Eve.  We were in our pajamas and in bed by like 9:00--it was pathetic.  Especially given the fact that our kids were at my parents'!  It was a perfect way to ring in the new year!
So I started 2015 with a bang and signed up for my first half marathon!  I've already started training, and I am still in shock that this is really happening!

We've had some unseasonably warm days this last week.  Last week we were lucky enough to spend some time outside, so we headed to the park by the lake by our house for a little Sunday afternoon fun!

And here is my documentation of the first time I ran with a stroller.  That is not for the faint of heart!  I don't plan on making that a habit...there's a reason I didn't run when I was fat, ha!

We have a big year planned, and I hope to do a better job of documenting it!  Here's to trying...
