A year ago...
Obviously I still suck at this blogging thing, but I'll give it a good old fashioned college try for a moment. Lately I just can't seem to get over what a "big girl" I have now. I think with every stage of life we've said that this is our favorite stage, but I think I now mean it...again! :) Three is a great age! I just sit here and marvel at the conversations I can carry on with my child. I am amazed by the things she remembers, and I love the fact that I can actually talk with her about her day. This school year has really taken a toll on me already, and I've had several "I am a horrible mom" moments in the last few months. Even with my feelings of inadequacy, Lainey always manages to put a smile on my face. She says the funniest things and looks so darn cute saying them! I really do miss her all day long, but enough of that...
